 If you’ve changed your mind or simply your item/s just isn’t right for you, you can return to us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Please head to https://www.emmajayboutique.co.uk/a/returns to start your returns process by entering your email/mobile number and order number.


You will naturally wish to inspect the products you order and try them on for size. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging) and, if you wish to return anything that it reaches us in perfect condition. 
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whilst in your possession or when returning them or if you have returned your purchase after 14 days (with the exception of faulty goods) we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you.
Returns are £4.00 and amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. 

YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST IS NON REFUNDABLE - IF YOUR BASED IN ROI WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE.
To clarify the amount you will receive refunded to you will be the price of the dress minus £4.00 for your return label. 

 

How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition

  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • SALE items are non returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Yes, we deduct £4.00 for your return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
